Who we are

This privacy policy explains how We Train Dogs, LLC ("Bark Busters Las Vegas"), "we" or "us", collects, uses and protects personal information, including information from our text message program.

Information we collect

We collect the information you give us, such as your name, email address and mobile phone number, for example when you sign up for text messages or contact us.

We keep a record of your consent to receive text messages, including when and where you gave it, the words you agreed to, and technical details such as your IP address and browser type. We also keep a record of the messages we send you.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to you, to provide our products and services, and to send you the text messages you agreed to receive: appointment reminders and customer service replies to your questions.

Text messages

We use your mobile phone number to send you the text messages you agreed to receive and, if you agreed, to call you.

We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Our text messages are recurring and may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Text HELP for help. Text STOP to opt out at any time.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business and deliver our messages, such as our phone and text messaging providers, and only so they can provide those services to us, or when the law requires it.

All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

You can stop text messages at any time by texting STOP, or by telling us in any other reasonable way, such as emailing lasvegas@barkbusters.com or calling 1-877-500-2275.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing lasvegas@barkbusters.com.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.

We keep records of your text message consent and opt-outs for as long as we may text your number, and for five years after our last message to you or your opt-out, whichever is later.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
