Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies MAITEAMS LLC ("MaiTeams", "we") uses on maiteams.com and in the MaiTeams app, and how to change your choice. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (local and session storage) works in a similar way. We use both, and this policy covers both.
- In the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask first. Nothing in the analytics list below runs until you accept, and you can reject as easily as you accept.
- Everywhere else, analytics is on unless you turn it off.
- You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button above or the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you are signed in, we also save your choice to your account, so it follows you to other devices. Turning analytics off deletes the analytics cookies and storage listed below from your browser.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Google Analytics and referral tracking then stay off in that browser, whatever else you choose. We do not sell or share personal information in any case.
- Do Not Track. Browsers' older Do Not Track signal has no agreed meaning, and we do not respond to it. Global Privacy Control is the signal we honor.
- Your browser settings can also block or delete cookies. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in.
These are needed for MaiTeams to work and to keep it secure. They are always on. They include error reporting: when something breaks in your browser, Sentry sends us the error so we can fix it. Sentry stores nothing on your device.

These help us understand how MaiTeams is used and how fast it is, so we can improve it. They are optional. The providers process the data for us, and we do not use it for advertising.

- We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies or pixels on our website or in the app.
- We do not place our own analytics on the landing pages and forms that businesses publish with MaiTeams, or on private links such as quotes, unsubscribe pages and shared demos. A business may add its own analytics or advertising tags to its pages; its own policies apply to those.
Our Book a Demo page shows a booking calendar from Calendly. Calendly may set its own cookies inside that calendar so the booking works, under Calendly's privacy notice.
