      Welcome and thank you for your interest in MaiTeams LLC. ("MaiTeams", "we", "us" or "our"). This Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms of Service", and together with any applicable Supplemental Terms, the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of our website, applications, and services. Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

      Important: This Agreement contains an arbitration agreement and class action waiver. Please read Section 19 carefully.

      1. Use of the Service

      The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Your right to access and use the Service is subject to this Agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

      • Application License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for your personal or internal business purposes.
      • Supplemental Terms: Certain features may be subject to additional terms, which will be presented for your acceptance as needed.
      • Updates: MaiTeams may update the Service at any time. You may need to update third-party software to continue using the Service.
      2. Registration
      • You may be required to register an account to access certain features.
      • You must provide accurate and current information and maintain your account security.
      • MaiTeams reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
      3. Connections to the Service
      • You may need to link third-party accounts to use certain features.
      • The Service uses third-party technology, including AI models, and your content may be shared with these providers as needed.
      • You are responsible for providing the necessary equipment and software to access the Service.
      4. Responsibility for Content
      • You are responsible for all content you upload or make available through the Service.
      • MaiTeams is not obligated to store your content and is not liable for its deletion or accuracy.
      5. Ownership
      • MaiTeams and its licensors own all rights to the Service, except for your content.
      • You grant MaiTeams a license to use your content as needed to provide the Service.
      • Feedback you provide may be used by MaiTeams without obligation.
      6. Attribution

      By submitting content, you permit MaiTeams to use your name and likeness for attribution. You may request removal of attribution by contacting us.

      7. User Conduct and Restrictions
      • Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable law.
      • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
      • Do not upload or share unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
      8. Investigations and Monitoring

      MaiTeams may monitor and remove content or suspend access for violations of this Agreement.

      9. Interactions with Other Users

      You are responsible for your interactions with other users. MaiTeams is not responsible for user content or interactions.

      10. Third-Party Services

      The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. MaiTeams is not responsible for these third-party services.

      11. Fees and Purchase Terms
      • Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and are subject to their terms.
      • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
      • Taxes and fees may apply. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.
      12. Monetization Features

      Monetization features may be subject to additional terms.

      13. Indemnification

      You agree to indemnify and hold MaiTeams harmless from any claims arising from your content, use of the Service, or violation of this Agreement.

      14. Disclaimer of Warranties

      The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MaiTeams is not liable for the conduct of third parties.

      15. Limitation of Liability

      MaiTeams is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the greater of the amount paid by you in the last three months or $100.

      16. Intellectual Property Infringement

      If you believe your work has been infringed, contact us at MAITEAMS LLC, 2107 LIONEL DR, MELBOURNE, FL 32940.

      17. Term and Termination

      This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Service. MaiTeams may terminate your access for violations. Certain provisions survive termination.

      18. International Users

      The Service is offered from the United States. Users outside the U.S. are responsible for compliance with local law.

      19. Arbitration Agreement

      Any dispute or claim will be resolved by binding arbitration, with limited exceptions. You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions. See the full Agreement for details and opt-out instructions.

      20. Telephone Contact and Recording Policy

      By providing a telephone number, you consent to communications from us. Calls may be recorded for training purposes.

      21. General Provisions
      • The MaiTeams Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
      • Communications may be electronic. You consent to receive electronic communications.
      • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. Venue is Brevard County, Florida.

      • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
      • This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and MaiTeams.
